        Have you been attending for awhile, but not joined the church?  The pastor is willing to conduct Potential New Member Orientations at a convenient time.   This will be an opportunity to understand what membership in the Melvin Village Community Church means, and how easy it is to become a member.  If you are interested, please fill out the following form and submit it to the pastor, or place in the offering.

According to the Bylaws of the Church:

Any person may become a member of this Church upon profession of Faith in Christ as their Lord and Saviour followed by baptism if so desired, or by letter of transfer from another Christian Church upon majority vote of the Deacons Committee and recommendation of the Pastor.

Associate members shall be those who wish to retain their membership in another Church but who will accept the responsibility of membership in this Church.  Associate members are accepted upon majority vote of the Deacons Committee and recommendation of the Pastor and shall have all the rights and priviledges except that of voting upon pledging, transfer or sale of Church property, or affiliation of this Church with another church body.
